The 45 position N-EVAP combines the iconic flexibility of the N-EVAP line with digital features for improved control over the evaporation process, It has the largest number of sample positions in the N-EVAP line, and provides the least expensive price per position.
The instrument comes with a side control box, which includes a pressure regulator, timer, and digital temperature controller. In order to prevent damage to delicate samples, the timer provides the option for the heat and gas to shut off once the cycle is complete.
Like the rest of the N-EVAP line, the 45 position N-EVAP has an adjustable spring design to accommodate a range of sample tube sizes. This model provides controlled concentration of samples using nitrogen gas blowdown along with a heated water bath.
The needles can be raised and lowered at each individual sample position. The chrome plated needle valves are individually milled from solid brass, and allow precise adjustment of the gas flow rate at each sample position. This promotes efficient and safe sample reduction with minimal nitrogen waste. The N-EVAP’s circular rotating design permits each sample to be accessible from the front of the instrument for easy insertion and retrieval.
The stainless-steel construction of the bath ensures that the instrument is long lasting.
