Customer can cancel purchase orders of standard catalogue products at any time prior to picking/packing for shipment.
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing or via email and will be followed according to the policy detailed below.

This policy is subject to change without notice by Elementel. This policy is further subject to modification or revision as Elementel may deem appropriate or necessary to comply with applicable federal, state, local and international laws, rules and regulations, and any other applicable regulatory agency guidelines and restrictions.

Order Cancellation Policy
Please contact us on +90 232 471 17 11 or +90 212 529 43 19 in the case you wish to cancel an order. Customer can cancel purchase orders of standard catalogue products at any time prior to picking/packing for shipment. Cancellation of custom products, non-catalogue products and not inventoried products at Elementel may be rejected or alternatively be subject to cancellation fees. Please contact your Customer Service Representative in the case you wish to cancel an order.
Elementel reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. Elementel at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
- If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
- If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
- For any reason outside the control of the Elementel including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:
- In case, the buyer cancels the order before the product has been shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded.
- In case the item ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to the buyer, the order can still be cancelled. Total order amount after deduction of shipment and handling charges will be refunded. The refund will be processed, once Elementel receives the originally ordered item back intact from the courier.
- In case of part cancellations, the amount refunded will be corresponding to the part cancellation.
- Returns of custom products and non-catalogue products products are not permitted.
- In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded.
- This returns policy only applies to products inventoried at Elementel and which are in a unused, re-saleable condition.
- Elementel offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the buyers card/account. Your bank is solely responsible for this matter.
Shipping Error / Damage Policy
It is the responsibility of the Customer to perform reasonable inspection of all deliveries. Obvious external damage must be notified to Elementel within a maximum of 7 calendar days of delivery, together with a copy of the annotated delivery receipt as well as any relevant supporting documents evidencing the external damages (eg: photos). Delivery errors (eg. wrong product, wrong quantities) and physical damage to products visible from standard “out of box” inspection must be notified to Elementel within a maximum of 3 calendar days of delivery, together with a copy of the annotated delivery receipt as well as any relevant supporting documents (eg: photos). In the absence of such notifications, goods shall be assumed to be delivered in an undamaged condition.
For the avoidance of doubt, this policy does not affect customer’s rights in respect of products that develop faults or fail to perform to specifications during the applicable warranty period.
