1. Why should I create an account?
Creating an account on Elementel is completely free and easy to do.
To create an account, click the "Sign Up" link at the top of every page on elementel.com and provide the requested information.
Once you have created your account, you can modify your settings at any time by signing in and clicking "Profile" link found on the top of the page.
After a successful login, you will find your favourite products, watched products and order history by clicking on the "Account" link also found on the top of the page.
With a MyElementel account you can:
- Place an order faster
- Save multiple shipping addresses
- Access your order history
- View the status of your order at any time
- Save items to your favorite list
- Save items to your watch list
- Manage your newsletter subscriptions, so that you never miss out on our best offers
- Access the advanced features of this site
- Your name and contact information are saved in our secured database, so you need not enter it every time you fill out a form
2. What are the Product Return Policies?
If you need to return an item, be sure to follow these item condition guidelines. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
- All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs
- Accessories such as cords and remote controls
- Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards
- "Free gifts" or bonus items
- All items included in a bundle
Please note that damaged/used proucts will never be accepted.
It is not possible to return a "Custom-Made" product which was produced according to customer's individual requirements.

3. How can I pay for my order?
Bank transfer is the only payment method we accept. We can't accept payment by Credit Card for now.
